Clark Tingleaf, MD, is board certified in urology. He is a member of the American Urological Association and a diplomate of the American Board of Urology.
Dr. Tingleaf received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1995. He completed his residency training for urology in 2001 at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. For the two years following his residency, Dr. Tingleaf was in a group practice in Annapolis, MD. He then practiced in Claremore, OK from 2003 to 2010.
Dr. Tingleaf practices at Utica Park Clinic at 10512 N. 110th East Ave. (106th St. N. & N. Garnett), Suite 240 in Owasso. He performs surgeries at Bailey Medical Center. His office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and appointments can be set by calling 918.376.8926.
