Specialty

Orthopedics

Alexandra Kloeck, D.P.M., has practiced podiatry since 2015. She chose to focus on this specialty because foot ailments affect the entire body. “The feet establish the foundation to all daily activities,” she said. “The structure and motion of over 30 joints below the ankle affect the alignment of the knees, hips and back. Helping realign the foot and ankle often aids in overall posture and improves quality of life.”

Dr. Kloeck is trained in all areas of the ankle and foot, including fractures, tendon tears, diabetic limb salvage, wound care and elective surgery. “I stress non-surgical treatment when there is an opportunity to improve with orthotics, shoe gear modification and physical therapy.” Her main goal after surgery is to improve outcomes with early range of motion exercises, which have shown to have great benefit in patients returning to normal activity.

Dr. Kloeck is empathetic and genuinely cares about her patients’ wellbeing. “Some of my greatest achievements are helping patients with chronic pain achieve pain-free walking,” she said. She believes podiatrists can improve activity level and quality of life for all patients, from children to the elderly.

When teaching patients how to get and stay healthy, Dr. Kloeck encourages them to take action. “Lower extremity pain should not be ignored. In fact, most patients feel improvement in foot pain after one visit to a podiatrist.” Additionally, she reminds all diabetic patients that current recommendations include an annual foot examination.

Prior to joining Utica Park Clinic, Dr. Kloeck worked at Claremore Podiatry. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2011. She earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California in 2015. She completed a forefoot and rearfoot surgical residency with the Norton Podiatry Residency Program in Louisville, Kentucky in 2018.

When she is away from the office, Dr. Kloeck enjoys spending time with her family and pets, practicing yoga and traveling. She speaks Russian fluently.

Dr. Kloeck welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans. She has three office locations.
