On-Demand Video Visit
On-demand video visits via MyChart are a convenient way to quickly see a Bailey Medical Center provider from your computer or mobile device. On-demand video visits are available for new and established patients, 2 years and older.
Visits are available for the following symptoms:
- Seasonal allergies
- Minor injuries
- Eye irritation
- Stomach aches
- Colds & coughs
- Sinus infections
- UTIs & bladder infections
- Vaginal discharge/irritation
- Non-severe COVID-19 symptoms
- Earaches
- Rashes & skin conditions
- Flu symptoms
- Sore throats
Hours of operation:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m – 8:00 p.m. CDT
- Saturday-Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CDT
Check-In for an Emergency Room Visit
We offer online check-in for in-person emergency room visits. With the online check-in option, you can:
- Alert the facility staff of your symptoms or reason for your visit
- Fill out needed paperwork
- Indicate your expected arrival time
- View estimated wait times

Online Scheduling
With our online scheduling tool, you can make an in-person or video visit appointment with your provider. We offer online scheduling for the following services:

Mammogram Appointment
It is recommended by the American College of Radiology that women 40 years old and above receive a yearly mammogram. To schedule your mammogram, click the button below.
