Nominate a Bailey Medical Center patient care technician
The BEE award is used to recognize patient care technicians (PCTs) for their outstanding performance and compassion in providing patient care and ensuring patient safety.
It acknowledges the essential role they play in the patient experience. They provide personal care and
communicate with registered nurses to keep patients safe during their stay.
Our BEE award will recognize team members who go above and beyond to ensure exceptional patient care. All PCTs, scrub techs, unit secretaries and medical assistants are eligible for the BEE Award.
