We offer free virtual and in-person support groups with more detailed information on bariatric surgery and our program.
In-person support group locations include:
- Kansas – Occurs on the first Thursday of every month.
- Muskogee – Occurs on the first Tuesday of every month.
- Owasso – Occurs on the second Monday of every month.
Monthly in-person support group meetings are available. Join us to connect and learn from our staff and other patients. We’ll cover an education topic at every meeting.
Kansas Support Group
Time: 6 p.m.
Location: Meetings will be held in the Woods Room at Independence Community College (ICC West), 2615 W. Main St., Independence, KS 67301
Muskogee Support Group
Time: 6 p.m.
Location: Muskogee County Health Department, 530 S. 34th St., Muskogee, OK 74401, Community Conference Room
Owasso Support Group – Evening
Time: The post-op room opens at 5:30 p.m. with the meeting to follow from 6-7:15 p.m.
Location: Bailey Education Foundation Auditorium, Bailey Medical Center (106th St. N. & N. Garnett). Please enter at the main hospital entrance and follow instructions to the meeting location.
Owasso Support Group – Afternoon (NEW CLASS BEGINNING 2025)
Time: 2:30-3:30 p.m.
